A live weekly reset to get your tools back online, rebuild self-trust, and leave with a simple daily practice you’ll keep.

 

 

Who it’s for:

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been through classes or programs with me before.
  • You know the tools, but maybe you haven’t been using them.
  • You want structure, community, and a weekly touchpoint to get back into your practice.
  • You’re in a season of change, and you want to make decisions from your inner knowing again.

 

What you’ll experience:

  • Six Weekly live sessions (teaching + guided practice + group coaching)
  • Simple weekly guidance with and a digital classroom to bring it into your daily life
  • Guided meditations and energy work (replays included in digital classroom)
  • A practical daily rhythm you can keep after the 6 weeks

 

What this is (and isn’t):

This is a refresher and reactivation container. It’s not a certification, not a pressure or "other” on your checklist, and not something you have to do perfectly. Come as you are.

Logistics:

 

Dates: 

August 20th to September 24th (6 live sessions)

 

Live call time:

The evening class: Thursdays from 6:00–7:30 PM PST. (replays included)

A daytime class option will also be offered if there are participants who are unable to attend in the evening. The daytime schedule will be determined after registration based on the availability the group.

5 Live on Zoom with 1 *optional in-person experience in Granite Bay, CA

 

*The in-person option can be joined virtually: date TBD based on when is best for the group.

This will be a half-day gathering most likely on a Saturday.
